• Fluent user of Linux/Mac system or system administrator
• Knowledge of Git version control systems (CLI/GitLab)
• Strong knowledge of PHP7+ including maintenance and support experience
• Working experience with PL/pgSQL > v10 (understanding of indices/structure requests/connections)
• Working experience with NoSQL - MongoDB, Redis
• Knowledge of one of the next: Yii2, Laravel 6+, Symfony 4+
• Practical knowledge MVC
• Understanding of Rest API
• Experience with Docker/Docker-compose
• 3+ years of experience on the similar position

• CI/CD local development and deploy. Programming patterns. Knowledge of Nginx/PHP configuration in a dockerized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing team of affiliate managers (implementing a strategy plan, setting team and individual KPI)
• Attracting and searching for new partners/webmasters to join the affiliate program
• Managing the full-cycle of online affiliate program (keeping statistics daily, communicating with clients)
• Ability to work with large amounts of information: find, choose the main thing, structure, prepare, present, and substantiate the conclusions made

Requirements:

• English Upper-Intermediate is a must (internal communication is in English)
• Russian Upper-Intermediate is a must
• 3+years of experience as Affiliate manager/Media Buyer with Asian markets (nutra/beauty) is a must
• Desire to manage and coach the team (3 affiliate managers)
• Understandings of the key metrics: ROI, LTV, CPA,CPL and proven market analysis experience
• Deep knowledge of various traffic sources (FB, teaser networks, push traffic, native traffic) and online marketing
• High level of communication and problem-solving skills, initiative, goal-orientation
